Protecting your personal data matters to us. Below we explain which data is processed when you visit this website. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

No cookies

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools (e.g. no Google Analytics), no advertising or social-media plugins, no external fonts and no content delivery network (CDN). No third-party content is loaded. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

2. Scope of this website

convercom.ch is a purely informational website. It has no user accounts, no login areas, no contact forms, no comment sections and no online shop. You do not need to provide any personal data in order to use the content.

3. No cookies, no tracking

We do not store cookies on your device and do not use comparable technologies (such as local storage or tracking pixels). There is no audience measurement, no profiling and no disclosure of usage data to third parties for advertising purposes. All design elements (fonts, icons, images, stylesheets) are served from our own server.

4. Server log files

Each time this website is accessed, the web server automatically stores access data in what are known as server log files. This is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its secure and stable operation. The following data is recorded:

Purpose: delivery of the content, ensuring the security and stability of the system, and detecting and preventing misuse and attacks.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31 revFADP).

Retention: the log files are automatically deleted after no more than 14 days. This data is not merged with other data sources and is not evaluated for marketing purposes.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail, phone, fax or post, we process the information you provide (e.g. your name, contact details and the content of your message) in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We retain this data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or as required by statutory retention obligations.

6. Hosting and recipients of the data

This website is hosted by a hosting provider on servers located in Germany (EU). The provider processes the data solely to deliver the website technically and on our behalf. Personal data is not passed on to any further third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. No data is transferred to countries outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA.

7. Data security

Transmission between your browser and our server is encrypted using a secure TLS/HTTPS connection. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

8. Your rights

Under applicable law you have the right to obtain information about the data processed about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing, request the release or portability of your data, and withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
